dedistation.com apparently went fraud?

So apparently https://dedistation.com/ went fraudulent. Seems like they went complete rogue because I can't reach out to support. It's been a few days now and nothing. I purchased a service and it's still pending. I already filed a dispute with Paypal, but they charged me two times with my bank. Can I dispute these transaction with my bank? I've never had to deal with this before -.-

I can't speak to why they did not respond back to you but on the PayPal issue that is one of the reasons we stopped taking it. Issues with it double billing, or when customers canceled it would not cancel out the auto billing in PayPal. Even if our system showed it as canceled it was still billing customers. Not sure if its the same thing or not but that was two of the reasons why we decided to stop taking PayPal. Best of luck

It sounds like you are jumping to the farthest of conclusions. Do you have any legitimate reason to think they went fraudulent/rouge other than not responding to a ticket or order? If its only been a few days, maybe its due to it being the weekend and they are only a one man show? I'd give it till Monday and see if you can get a response, otherwise yes you could definitely go to your bank and do a chargeback, but I would make sure before you jump to doing that.

I'm currently on my phone but there was a recent thread regarding this particular VPS host with the same problem. My friend said he's also having trouble with support. I don't believe I'm jumping to conclusions. They didn't respond to Twitter as well. Haven't been making any sort of updates on it as well. You should understand my concerns.

If you have not received a service and its been a few days then of course you have every right to chargeback the service. But, prior to that just make sure you have exhausted all options of reaching out to them.

At this point, your best alternative is a refund/chargeback, in these cases, at least a simple answer from the provider is expected, mainly if you've open a ticket or sent emails during a business day, which pretty much likely will have people working and available (or at least it had to be like this), to provide you with a simple answer regarding your new order status. If Paypal dispute doesn't works, your only alternative will be the credit card operator.

Hello, It does seems that they have disappeared. My dedistation VPS has been down for atleast a week, and no response from support center. I'm just glad i did not used this VPS for anything business related.

Looks like they were picked up by the lovely hostus staff, who, will likely try to deny this.
