Multiple servers with 1gbps port (limited)

Hi,
I'm looking for some suggestions on providers who can meet the following requirements
- E3 or above processor
- 2gb ram +
- 1gbps port (we should be able to push atleast 700 mbps during peak traffic )
we dont need a unmetered port. 50TB transfer should do. (Can take less cap as well)
Most important aspect is the bandwidth port. We need quality providers with good connectivity. Similar to softlayer.
Budget is less than 100$ per server.
Willing to buy in bulk.

100$ for guaranteed 1gpbs looks impossible ....

Well, it looks something like streaming? Streaming traffic is not welcomed in many companies, because all servers will work at the same time and it will make an unusual peak. Maybe you should find a multiple providers to do that, but just ask if those companies allow streaming.

What will the servers be used for if you don't mind me asking and how many are you considering for bulk if you have a number?
Also any location requirements?

You need to check offers section for comparative offers. Your budget is good as per requirement but as said what will be use of servers because some providers limit live streaming sdue to bandwidth peaks and copyright notices.
