Hi All,
I have a virtual server from dedistation and recently starting to notice some problems. want to check if others are experiencing same issues and also if dedistation support looks into any concerns raised here.
since their recent upgrades, support has vanished. I open a case on 7th Jan and never received an response except standard incident logged message.
after 2 weeks I went back and ticket vanished, old tickets still existed, so I recreated same ticket and again nothing for for a week.
just logged in and server is completely down.
when opening a serial console I get "Failed to create session" when login to vpscp.dedistation, it shows no data for server like memory usage and status is UNKNOWN, also on top of page it states:
"An error occurred processing your request. The host is currently unavailable. Please try again later"
I tried to raise a ticket and system is not raising any new tickets, when try to view tickets, I get, you don't have access to it.
on raising ticket I get ({"error":true,"success":false,"message":"Email to kaleem@mydomain.com was not sent due to an error in Email configuration. "}

Tried all possible options, emailed, twitter, tried calling the number for domain reg and still not luck as its invalid.
seems like they have vanished.
cant think of any other methods to find their details.

The user LTF_ who is the last replier in above thread, seems to represent HostWithLinux which I believe is the same company that own Dedistation.
You can try contacting him.

You can use Whois Lookup & IP to check their website, get the ip address , then get in touch with the final hosting provider or with the ip maintainer to get some info about them.

well if your host support vanished like i recommend you to star prepare your backup and try look another company if think goes worse

thanks Dennis, hostwithlinux is dead, looking at all these companies and matching records with CompaniesHouse, same owner is director on "hostus.us", I have asked them to advise if they can look into it.

HostWithLinux was acquired by HostUS but we have no relations with dedistation.com.

In that case, you may want to ask them to remove your company name from their website, as the website dedistation.com says at the bottom:
