STORAGE RANGE can be used for webhosting
i would like to install vestacp as web cp
i need to host above 2 tb files thats why i am looking for this server
configuration

What exactly you mean by "STORAGE RANGE" ?

Given the titel ("Storage Range") and the specifications, I would believe it refers to the storage servers from OVH. Or more specifically the FS-30T model, currently priced at €139.99 per month.
If it is a good config for webhosting, is something I cannot answer. But it can for sure be used for it, technically speaking. You can install whatever you want on it, as you have KVM access with virtual media support included with the server.
Depending on what kind of data you plan to host, and the lever of traffic you are expecting, you should read their ToS. They do have some limits in what you can do with the regular bandwidth included in the server. I dont remember exactly what it was, but I do know they sell bandwidth upgrades that are intended for certain usage.

What server location you would prefer?

He need to use the server for web hosting business. He is looking for unmetered traffic ( May be 100Mbps )

i need this server for hosting my website with vesta cp and deliver up to 500mb files from this server but i dont know it supports or not . they build it for storage only or common hosting

They don't build them for anything specific. Their different ranges (hosting, storage etc) is just grouping hardware with certain properties. The storage range has more hdd storage. And more bandwidth.
It is up to you how you configure the server, and what software you install. So if the storage, the CPU, the memory and the bandwidth is enough for you, then the server will work. OVH has some preconfigured images that you can install, with different OS, but if you don't find the one you prefer you can always install your own.
However, if you want a turnkey solution, and don't want to do software configuration your self, then OVH is not the right supplier for you (unless you hire someone to do the work for you). They will not give any support on installation or software. Only on hardware and network failure.

If you are going to host your site and provide files up to 500 MB as you said, I see no issues with this configuration not supporting it. It will work fine..

So from this, I'm surmising that you got the server from OVH and are in the provisioning stage? Or no?

OVH do not care as long as the content you host is in accordance with their Terms of Service (ToS). So you can use a dedicated servers from any of their offered ranges for the purpose of webhosting.

Yes, you can use this server for web hosting. Any dedicated server can be used for web hosting. The storage line is just a name of servers with more than 2 hard drives.
