Parallels HSphere KA server down?

Woke up this morning and was greeted with an error message on our HSphere CP server; licenses no longer recognized by key Adminstration server.
Not the first time this has happened (at least a couple times last year) and everytime it had been issue with their KA server. Not sure if the same issue this time. Anybody else having the same problem?

This issue is very isolated as it depends also on when your CP is scheduled to next check in, if it is not checking in during the outage it is a non issue for most people.
As mentioned before we've seen it SEVERAL times before, sometimes taking a couple hours before the KA system returns properly and allows Hsphere logins.

The KA server seems working (port 5442 seems fine) but the issue persisted. We restarted the CP server and it's now working. Not sure what triggered the issue though ...
