Cloudfront Hosting - Tip needed for header files

Hi - I am planning to host one of my client's site on Cloudfront. This is an easy part and I think I know how to do this. However, I am still not sure if there is an easy way to put header and footer files (in php, you can just include) and refer them in all pages rather than adding them into each. One change - we will have to change in all the files.
