Cloud Hosting

Need some help finding cloud hosting.
I'm looking for 2 nodes, 1 in US, 1 in EU. The nodes are clustered together and there's a Geographical Load Balancing system in place. DDos and DoS protection as well
Budget is $50 a month at the most, and i'd prefer if it was a Linux System. I don't need cpanel or any of that. If you guys could refer me to someone that would be great.

Welcome to WHT! Have you taken a look at the Cloud Hosting Offers section? I'd take a look there and contact providers individually to get a sense of what they can offer you given your requirements and budget.

I've taken a look at them, but I also don't know their track records. If people had any suggestions while I continue to look and narrow down my search, it would be much appreciated.

Are you handling the clustering of the servers and geographical load balancing or do you need a provider to do all of this for you with the two servers for $50/mo at the most?

I just need them to initially set up the clustering + load balancing. There are multiple ways of doing it, but once it is initially set up and and running, I should be able to maintain it.
The most i'd need is 512 MB of RAM burstable to 1 GB of RAM, and 1/2 core of a CPU burstable to 1 core of a CPU, 20 GB Diskspace, 500 GB Bandwidth
