Recommendation for UAT environment

Hi,
I am looking to get a UAT environment for testing purposes for a client. I probably will need two machines based on Windows 2008 Enterprise edition with one serving as the database server and the other as the web server. The database server will run on MS SQL Server 2008. A commercial content management system will be utilized for this project. I am trying to emulate the actual servers as close as I can.
I am not very experienced in this area, would my needs be fulfilled with a VPA or do I need some sort of cloud solution.
Anyone recommend any companies preferably on the east coast that could provide these services?
Any input would be appreciated it.

I would suggest contacting a few providers that you see around here and discuss your needs. This can be done on Cloud and can be done with good integration between your two nodes as well.

I will probably go with Cloud Hosting. The client will be jumping on this site to test various features and what is important for me is that the hosting environment runs smoothly where the client does not see any speed issues.
