Hi,
Now I am planning to upgrade to cloud server.
I have shortlisted few companies who provide cloud server hosting
stormondemand
gigenetcloud
vps.net
I calculate the price of 1GB so I think stormondemand is perfect for me, but i need few reviews about it
bandwidth as per usage (It wont exceed 10 GB in a month) I am excluding bandwidth in following data
In stormondemand, its
1.7GB RAM, 150 GB HDD, cPanel for $70/m
In gigenetcloud, its
1536MB Ram, 60 GB HDD, cPanel for $50/m
In VPS.net, its
1128 MB RAM, 34 GB HDD, for $54/m (with cpanel, it will be $79/m)
So with this data, I think cost of 1 GB is lowest at stormondemand.
I have tested storm and vps.net, (not yet gigenetcloud)
I need latest reviews of stormondemand.

Just a clarification, cPanel is only $10 a month, not $25. I apologize if you were told $25 by any of our staff, as that is certainly not the case.

Few basic html and wordpress , mostly joomla sites

Hello,
For basic html, few wordpress and joomla sites you really do not need a VPS account unless you need the freedom of a dedicated server environment, ie you need to install custom scripts and so on.
It is always better to opt for a reseller or a shared account which will not only be managed but also economical in pricing.
